XF 2.2 Is there any way control attachment size based on username or group?

Hello,

I'm wondering if this is possible on Xenforo with either a free or paid add-on or even a PHP file tweak.

Now, here's my question:

Assuming I have set my Maximum attachment file size to 20MB from the attachments settings window but would like moderators or some usernames to bypass this limit, is there any way to achieve it?

Another scenario is, If option A above isn't possible, Can I set the maximum attachment file size to - say 100MB but only selected usernames or moderators can upload attachments of this size. Every other persons would be limited to a max size of 10 or 20MB?

Note: The PHP upload limit on my server is generous enough to accommodate 100MB and above.

I really appreciate any help you can provide.
