I am looking for a credit or money system which would allow one to buy/sell products in a Xenforo resource section with credits. Is there such a thing?
Is there any credit system that allows you to buy resources with credits?

Our https://www.dragonbyte-tech.com/store/product/339-dragonbyte-credits/ product allows you to charge X amount of credits to download from the Resource Manager. However, it is not currently possible to set different prices for individual Resource Manager entries.

there is another add-on called bd banking which let you both "sell resource" and even "sell attachment of post" with any price you want (individually set price for any resource of attachment). (we were using it widely in our site and it was working fine)
But hope to see both of these features in dbt credit add-on as it can be better replace for that add-on at the moment at least

Yeah it does would be realy fine if also individual Resource prices could be define by the resource author.
