XF 2.3 Is there an XF template tag for linking to members like in posts?

I'm working on some XF Help pages and would like to tag some members (not for the benefit of the users being tagged but for the convenience of people reading the help pages). I know about the 'user' tags listed at https://xenforo.com/docs/dev/template-syntax but is there a similar tag for tagging a member like in posts but usable in the Help pages (and other spots where XF templates can be used)?

Just something simple where I can reference the user ID and have it link to their profile like we can do in posts. 🤔

I'm at my phone right now but maybe?
Code:
{{ link('users', $post/thread/something.User) }}

The $post/thread/something.User can also probably just be changed to that users ID and work I think.

Thanks, but (if I'm thinking correctly) that'll give a dynamic link but not the formatted CSS @user display like in posts, right?

Yeah you're correct on that. Didn't fully comprehend your question and should have re-read it over again before I sent that.
My description of what I'm after likely wasn't as clear as it could've been also.

For working on stuff like help pages & widgets, etc., it'd be convenient to be able to tag members like we can in posts so we can point visitors to specific members for more information and the such.
