XF 1.4 Is there an 'importing guideline' somewhere here for vb 3.8 w VBSEO to Xenforo?

I have searched and there seems to be some information scattered in various places, but Is there one particular thread with a step by step to do this? I need to forward the URL to my guy who will be doing the import into a testing area on the servers... Or are there specific threads I can direct him to for this information?

In general, the steps are:

• Perform the import
• Install the redirection scripts: https://xenforo.com/community/resources/redirection-scripts-for-vbulletin-3-x.264/
• Create the additional rewrite rules for VBSEO: http://tools.geekpoint.net/xfseo/
