MG 2.0 Is there a way to serve X% size?

I'd love to have 24-megapixel+ images up, but not for them to be the first ones delivered to the end user... especially since a lot of users are mobile and that'd eat a hell of a lot of data.

I noticed that stock photo sites give you an option of which version to download (640x426, 1280x853, 192x1280, etc...). Is there a way to serve the initial picture as, say, 10% of the original size and then allow for users to click to view the 25% of original, 50% of original, 75%, etc., to 100%? Any add-ons for this?

There's nothing built in which will do that and I'm not aware of any add-ons available which will.
