XF 2.0 Is there a way to inherit Style properties, like Basic Colors, from a parent style (without using the Color Palette)?

I have two styles I'm working on, a parent and a child. I would like the child style links to use the same color as the parent style links. By default links are using the "link color" setting in style properties which are by default using a Color Palette named setting. Because the child style uses the Color Palette named settings in various spots I don't want to mess with the child style palette but I do want to be able to have the "link color" in Basic Colors inherited from the parent style.

Possible?
