XF 2.2 Is there a way to get all admin section settings from 1 file ?

I just purchased xenforo and wondering if there is 1 file that holds all the admin settings or are they multiple files?

basically - I am asking the question because, as we install xenforo there are so Many settings to go through, some are easy to figure out and understand, others I scratch my head ? So if there was a copy of a admin section ( setup of xenforo for a live site ) it would be much easier to start testing right away with this all setup, and then ask questions later about a feature or setting I do not understand.

The short answer is no.

XF has default admin settings out of the box.
Just go through each one and change it as required for your needs.

If you aren't sure what a setting does, just search the forum, check the manual, or simply ask.
