is there a way to block multi domain emails from registering?

For example - addresses like this @kafkamail.eaglefight.eaglefight.top

You might want to add one or more of the following to your banned email list:
*eaglefight.top (will also ban beaglefight.top)
*.eaglefight.top (will ban all subdomains of eaglefight.top - not the @eaglefight.top ones)
*@kafkamail.eaglefight.eaglefight.top (will ban emails of the kafkamail.eaglefight.eaglefight.top host)

It should block anything with 2 or more dots after the @ symbol. FWIW, it'll probably also block domains from any co.uk (or similar) domain as well

yeah, I don't want to do that.

I'm asking because there have been a bunch of spammers lately registering with that kind of multi domain email

Then probably do as suggested here:

Is the email address your only lead? Most spam comes from data center IP's, Hostnames, AS Names. Since the only legit traffic coming from those is VPN's we just block any that cause a problem. We don't mind users using a VPN but we prevent registration from many of them.

Blocks have to be based on your clientele. Blocking emails this way is going to get a lot of false positives when it comes to government, military and contractors for either for example.
