XF 1.3 Is there a RSS feed for new posts?

I was just wondering if there is a rss feed for all new posts/recent activity in all my forums.

The only RSS feeds available are the global feed - in the bottom right corner of the footer, and each individual forum feed - available from the forum index.

If you are syndicating to Twitter etc. Some service let you add keywords to the end of URLs from feeds for analytical purposes. You can just add /unread to that field and the link would load the last under post in the thread. This work for logged in people. Otherwise the feed would give you latest updated threads and the link would go to the first post on the first page.
