Is there a query i can run to change AME links to XenForo ones?

I had AME installed on vBulletin but now that I've switched to XenForo all my youtube links look like this...

[ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nr_CJL1YQRc"]YouTube- Airwolf intro[/ame]

Is there any way to run a query or anything which will either return all the AME links to youtube links or to XenForo embedded media tags?

I tried that but i get this error...

The search returns 73 posts

Admin CP -> Home -> Options -> Messages -> Maximum Media Embeds per Message
