Is it worth hiding all "Adsense Ads" for your members?

And just showed it to the Guest?

I think, 90% of our regular forum members doesn't click ads.

This might increase CTR and RPM

Please leave your opinion.

Do you have subscriptions where people donate for an upgrade? I would hide it from them, but no one else. If someone does not donate they get ads. Impressions are important also.

On my vB forum I choose to let the guests only see ad's. I don't have paying members, just vendors.. I thought that was fair..

So the criteria is base on per month basis, How? That sounds great :)
It's actually on a 30 day basis and is done by user group promotions.

To do this, I use this add-on

https://xenforo.com/community/resources/user-criteria-by-waindigo.813/

You could also use this one instead

https://xenforo.com/community/resources/cta-criteria.3006/

I'm using the criteria "user has posted at least X times in the last Y days." I've set Y to 30 days and X to a minimum number of posts (I've not told users what this is). If they meet the minimum then they are promoted and don't see ads. They have to maintain the minimum as it's a rolling 30 day period, if they don't they are demoted and see ads until they have made enough posts again.

This is an awesome idea; thanks!

I'm confuse on how many post per 30 days I set :D
What's your combination? :)
I won't say in public as I don't tell my members. ;)

Your forum is probably different from mine so you should set it to suit how frequently (or not) your members post.

Yer... but ads rotate quite often regularly (adsense), thus they just might click an ad that interests them, doing something for them, and thus generates you a tidy profit. On my main forum, the only people that I exclude are premium members, who pay for premium account features per annum. Everyone else, views ads.

I have a smaller forum, less than 50k posts, so I don't show ads to members, only guests. As the site builds, then I will likely change that around in a similar manner, introducing a premium upgrade per annum to remove ads.
