Is it possible to prevent new member signups?

I want to use XenForo as the forum for my training courses that are hosted on a learning platform.
I therefore would like to control who can view and who has access to the content.
so when someone signs in on my separate course site, I will manually enroll them with their username into the forum and send them a link to create a password for XenForo. I would also therefore like to ensure that only logged in members can view the forum content and prevent any other users from manually registering on my forum (ie. I will control the membershio manually) . Is this all configurable/feasible? Thanks

Yes, you can disable registration and manually create members as required.

The permissions system will prevent visitors who aren't logged in from seeing the content.

FYI - I run several private forums where content is only visible to registered members.

XenForo is flexible enough to do what you describe.
