Is it possible to insert my image from the Media in any post?

I added an image into the Media section. But i don't see an option to insert the uploaded image here to this post. There is no such option? So if I want to insert in this post that image, do I have to upload it again here?

What if I am missing that Icon? Where do I add it x2.1?

You can enable it in the ACP in the bb code button manager settings.
