XF 1.4 Is it possible to disable split CSS files?

I do not see the point of having multiple CSS files. I'd like to send one cahceable file that works with InstantClick.JS -- is this possible?

They aren't actually files anyways. They are all in the database unless of course changed to do otherwise. One point would be that a single file might not use 90% of its lines in the display of any given page. The extra bandwidth is not appreciated on mobile but... might not matter especially if cached.
