Is it possible to change usergroup id's?

Hello everyone,
I'm trying to see if I can change the usergroup id's around. Otherwise I'd have to manually add more and transfer groups. So is it possible?

But I don't recommend it. Why do you want to do this? Changing ids can usually be replaced by simply changing how you use the existing groups.

I have a list staff page. And it doesn't have it in the configuration. They will probably update it but I was just curious whether I could possibly change the id.
