XF 2.3 IPB import - Duplicate Entry for Key errors

I have installed Xenforo 2.3 on my VPS and attempted to import via CLI, and the issue I'm running into is a MySQL query error [1062]: Duplicate entry '3' for key "PRIMARY". The error then gives me the XF table name (xf_user_group) but not the source table name in Invision Community 4.

When I migrated to Invision years ago, I ran into similar problems but could identify the source database easy enough, and just manually deleted duplicate records. In this case, without the actual name of the table, I'm looking through about 8 tables in Invision that have to do with Groups, and none of them appear to have any duplicate primary keys.

Anyone have insight into which Invision table is being accessed to import into the Xenforo table 'xf_user_group'?

Noticed another thing; the importer is only picking up on three of my member groups, Admin, Guests and "New Members" by ID number in the included ipsForum.php file. Only those three show up when I configure my importer in the XF admin section. Can I edit that file to include all of my groups or should the importer do that automatically?
