IPB 3.1.4 to Xenforo Migration

Hi,
I am interested in moving my IPB 3.1.4 to Xenforo
From what I've read on the forums the process is:
Migrate from IPB 3.1.4 to XF 1.5 and then upgrade to XF 2.2
Is this correct?
How do I find version 1.5?

When you have purchased Xenforo, from your customer login, you'll be able to select which version of Xenforo you want, from 2.3 all the way back to 1.0. Same with the importer tool, you can select the 1.5 version to use with XF 1.5.
