some of my users are reporting an issue when accessing my forum from mobile (not all browsers).
Here is what they get

Ask your host, it seems to be a problem on server side.

So nobody got into the control panel for cPanel and made any changes? Have you checked the cPanel error logs to see if anything stands out?
Have you recently made any DNS changes for any reason.... depending on who is hosting your site's DNS, it may not have fully replicated yet and those mobil providers may be using stale data.
