IP.Board (IPB) 3.1.x, 3.2.x and 3.3.x hacked

A site I love was hacked. gbatemp.net
There is a security update issued by IPB yesterday.
it was a one file update of core.php.

Anyone know more details ?

FYI, they are also migrating to Xenforo. They are great admins ... hopefully their move to Xenforo goes well.

I always get chills when I hear good websites or communities are getting hacked :S.
I hope they move to Xenforo goes well as well.
