XF 1.1 IP Addresses

Is there a way to check the IP Address of a user before approving? we are on the radar of cameroon kitten scammers because we have been able to take down several kitten scamming websites. I have caught several users from cameroon, but only AFTER approving. As a matter-of-fact, one I did not catch actually posted on the forum and threatened a kitten buyer who exposed them...first time I have ever seen a scammer actually reply to a post...

The tab all the way over on the right shows IPs.

Thanks - that tab is not there when a user registers...all I usually see is is the user info but no IP tab...unless I am missing it. Once I approve them, then I can click on the user name and look at the IP...I want to avoid approving them in the first place. Thanks!
