I've always wanted to lock down a few PCs (secretary, other staff) to a limited number of websites, so I've wanted to see what software would do that, but i've never accomplished it.

Its a pretty standard feature. You set the router to your ISP name server or better to Googles, then use DNS pass through. Your lan computers you set to the query the router.
