Internet Brands vs. Xenforo

Hello,

I am a current vbulletin 3.8 customer and I am looking at buying a Xenforo license because honestly it seems like Internet Brands just wants money..... they want $50 just to allow me to access patches for a software I already paid for..... yet they allow vb4 customers free upgrades forever....

I am just wondering how this lawsuit will complicate things if they win?
