There you are assuming they don't have money. They did work for Jelsoft and from what I know IB so they are possibly paying for a lawyer now. The assumptions don't help in this matter anyway. Your putting words in my mouth when I never said anything about a kid fresh from school.

Thought I'd drop by. I haven't thought much of XenForo because I'm a happy IPS customer, but of all the crap IB's pulled with vBulletin, this is by far the worst. I wish you the best in this, though it shouldn't be too difficult to win. IB's claims are laughable.

How on earth will not updating modifications have any effect on IB, they dont use them, or make anything from them.

The ONLY people it will affect is the forum administrators who use them.
