Installed skin and had problem

After I installed a skin I get this for my admin control panel I tried to install another stock skin to rebuild the templets and this keeps coming up.

Try hard refreshing the page Ctrl-F5

Someone else in another thread said that their admin cp screwed up when they installed a style.
I wonder what's going on with that.

3 and 3 subs so six
I removed all the subs and still no good
