XF 2.3 Installation error

I received this error while setting up my website. What does this problem mean?

As the message states, those disabled PHP functions will need to be enabled, if they are needed.

exec is required for XFMG and FFmpeg integration - it is not needed if you don't have the Media Gallery add-on.

popen is required for email delivery when using the built in PHP option - it is not needed if you plan to use SMTP email.

Thanks for the successful answer. Can I see from somewhere whether EXEC and POPEN are currently active or inactive?
