Install error but unknown reason - Video of install attached.

So I had some free time tonight and thought I would install XenForo to see the Admin options and such, but I can't get it to install..

I get an error while importing the phrases. I have tested my server with the test script, and get an ALL clear.

I deleted the database, and attempted to re install it while recording the screen for your preview...

Thanks, by adding that to the config file I was able to go through the entire install process.. now I can play with the ACP..
