Everyone these days seem to be interested in features and addons that improve sharing to FB, Instagram, Twitter and other social media sites and preaching about the end of Forum kind as we know it.
So how about the reverse?
You associate your account with xF, and under the post editor, you see, for instance, you see a feed of all your IG images, so you can click on them and easily insert them into a post. This concept I'm sure can also be applied to other social media sites but for the purposes of my suggestion, I will only suggest IG.
While I don't know if the Instagram API allows this, I'll leave it to the professionals to answer.
