Lack of interest Insert image as medium size

A feature would be awesome medium size image that you recently uploaded using the file upload manager. In generally, insert image as thumbnail or large size is most popular opinion but I think medium size function should be add too.

I supported this suggestion all the way. Why there isnt a medium size setting. I think this is unacceptable..
