Insect farming

Using insects as a food item sounds gross at first. In reality insect have high protein content and cheaper/easier to farm. Maybe if these critters can be powdered and turned into protein/energy bars, they can be marketable. I mean we make tofu from soybean, why not artificial meat from insects?

I ate insects when I went traveling when I was younger they're not even that bad, just kinda crunchy (cept grubs, they squirt in your mouth).
