I was just made aware recently that the majority of my database tables were converted to innodb when I switched over from MyISAM. I have some values in my .cnf to help with MyISAM, but have nothing for Innodb. Any advice would be very much appreciated for optimal Innodb settings for the cnf file. These are my current stats for the VPS. There is just the 1.4.4 xenforo forum on there and wordpress blog:

CPU: AMD Opteron(tm) Processor 6376 (quad core)
    Memory: 4GB
    Mysql: 5.5.40-cll
    PHP: 5.5.20
    Database Size: 800mb
Posts per day: 1000 on average

I also have xcache 3.01 running with some settings in there

I'm also caching with .htaccess with apache. I am looking to switch to nginx in the future
