Cannot reproduce Inline moderation dialog closed when unchecking a single thread even if multiple other threads are selected

1. Click Select All in inline moderation dialog
2. Uncheck 1 thread

Expected result:

Inline moderation dialog should still be displayed since other threads are still selected.

Actual result:

Inline moderation dialog is closed

Hmm, now I can't repro this, so must be slightly different steps to repro. I run into this all the time, just have to figure out the steps involved.
