Route format option on the add routes page supports fairly complex formatting, but there is no inline documentation on what is supported and the XF manual is incomplete on this field.generateMatchRegexInner has a number of options and features which aren't even touched on. and I can't find an actual description of what the behavior differences of :+int<foo> are compared to :int<foo>
