XF 1.2 index.rss

1. My page at http://satisfy.tv/forums/-/index.rss only picks up threads occasionally - what do i need to do to make sure it picks up each new thread?

2. I assume http://satisfy.tv/forums/-/index.rssis is designed to pick up threads only?

It basically displays the equivalent to "recent posts". It lists the threads with the most recent posts.
