Lack of interest Increment jsLastUpdate when templates are rebuilt

My suggestion is to increment the jsLastUpdate option when templates are rebuilt. It's a nifty little option that I'd prefer not to duplicate per add-on using the spin counter, but will have to until this is implemented.
