Lack of interest Increase addon id chars limit

Currently addon id is limited to 25 chars.
Most coders usually start the addon id with a prefix of their name, and then you have even fewer chars left to write.
It would be great to increase it as sometimes it's not enough.

I've been hit by this numerous times...

I have a prefix of liam_ (5 chars) and I normally use the add on name with underscores instead of spaces...

More often than not that isn't possible due to character limit...

Of course, the issue is that changing it would require the version its changed in to install addons with an ID greater than 25 chars...
