For the PAGE_CONTAINER p-nav-opposite section, there's inconsistency in tooltip display;
Hover-over tooltip displays for;
Arguably, the current situation is inverse to what it should be. The avatar and search (icon and word) do NOT need hover-off tooltips as they're self explanatory - the large majority of visitors know what these are for and do. Where as, the Conversation/Inbox and Alert icons are not self explanatory and should have hover-over tooltip explanations as most likely visitors new to forums and xF will not know what these are for and what they do.
Thus, I believe the bug is that hover-over tooltips are missing for Conversation/Inbox and Alerts.
For ultimate consistency, ensure that hover-over tooltips are in-place for all items within the p-nav-opposite section. Or logical consistency would imply that Conversation/Inbox and Alerts needs them, but Avatar/Username and Search do not need them.
