Lack of interest In ACP we need to see ALL individual user notification settings

Not sure why we can't see all the notification settings for a user in acp. It's bothered me for some time now. So, for example, if a user says they are not receiving alerts for mentions we should be able to go to acp to see the setting and be able to adjust if needed as well. Unless I am missing something?

ACP edit user - Preferences incomplete

When editing a user in the Admin control panel, we have the following: Currently the Preferences drop down shows only a limited number of user preferences. Please add the missing preferences. Currently there is no way of knowing how user preferences are set. Thank you.
