Lack of interest Improvement to Image Cache Max Size

The current functionality is that if you don't want to cache images via the image proxy system larger than x kilobytes, you can set this limit in option and all images that meet the criteria will show a small placeholder.

This means that whenever someone embeds a large image from a 3rd party image hosting site, it will just show a small placeholder image and that would force some to disable this limit just so it does not seem like there are broken images on the forum.

Please add an option to NOT use the image proxy system on images larger that the x kilobytes set previously in option "Image Cache Max Size (Kilobytes)" so that large embedded images will just continue to be served from their original location. The only people I see may not want to use this option are the once hosting their site in https environment where they have little choice of what external images can be shown.
