Impressive Customer Service

    So last week when tickets went on sale. I purchased tickets within the first few minutes Ticket Master opened for the Rangers vs St Louis Blues in St Louis for the season opener. So my cell just rang a few minutes ago and it was a rep from the St Louis Blues just wanting to thank me for being one of the first people to purchase tickets for the season opener and gave me his direct line to reach him if I have interest in any future games in the season. Was a bit sad to come to find out I was a Rangers fan. But all and all I was impressed as from all the years of purchasing professional sports tickets, that was the first time a franchise ever personally called me.

    @Dan will enjoy this being a Blues fan.

    I'm not so sure if this is customer service, or just a clever way to generate more sales.

    Either way, good choice on their part.
