Lack of interest Import Excel/SQL/JSON/TXT/DOC file contents as threads/posts

It would be nice if we could have more focus towards content creation.

Let's say I have an Excel sheet with company names and phone numbers. It would be nice if I could create threads for each in one go.

Or let's say I have a gaming forum and have a list of games. Same thing.

i asked a similar question few years ago. xon provided some code that i never ended up using because it seemed quite complicated for my level of expertise.

xenforo today has api support which should logically make this much easier provided an addon or custom app is built for this purpose.

I have not found a solution, hence why it is a suggestion.

Is there any other forum softwares or cms Softwares you know of that does this, and if so - what approach? Definitely needed imo.

RSS importer is already there right? So the core framework already exists I assume!

Exactly what I thought. If each row had a heading, you could import and insert into layouts.

{title} {number} {companyname} etc

Each row could be a new post/thread. Produced as articles or pages too. Options would be great.
