XF 1.3 Implementing a new set of terms and rules somewhat like this

I was wondering if there was someway to closely copy these terms and rules on to the terms_and_rules text phrase. I would like to able to implement the same black background as well as the "pieces of eight" font.

I haven't checked the file but phrases support HTML so it is possible to apply inline styling.

Is it possible to add in the font as well as change the forum page black just for the terms and rules page?

You can use the page template class to apply custom styling, which is help_terms.

Alright thank you. One more question. Does that font, "Pieces Of Eight" work with CSS?
