Can this be set on a per-node basis? So we can let, Cloudflare for example, cache publicly visible images but prevent them from caching images in private or member only nodes?

Any chance that this add-on could also support XenPorta?
In XenPorta you can add attachments to articles, but these are currently not handled by this add-on.
