Because im thinking of buying xenforo but i still dont have the budget,until then when i will complete my budget i will get the license for it.

Is there a chance to provide me support as i will be using it, in my xampp to try it so it wont be for public,only for me.?

No, it's illegall to do it (no matter if you are running on localhost or in public) and you won't get any support for something you haven't legaly bought.
