CTA Featured Threads & Portal 2.8.0 That is.....

I know alot of us are picking up copies of the ever evolving CTA Featured Threads and Portal Plugin by Brogan and we all know its loaded to the gills with style properties giving it the ability to to be one of the easiest and most versatile plugins out there.. Before i purchased this i really didnt have super high expectations but then again it was a completely different beast then..

At any rate i digress... Since the SP/s are so abundant in the portal plugin i was curious as to what others are doing with it styling wise.. Its mostly out of the box but i am pretty proud of my Portal page.. No comparison to the previous portal i was using, and actually brought a bit of fun back to the tedious task of styling our forums..

I've not really done much styling but I have changed the icon to a 16:9 format which suits many images from PS4 games.

Styling wise, I'm out the box UI.X and not really played with too many SP's as yet. I try and keep the text in line with the 192x192 image roughly, so the page doesn't end up too long.

I'm messing around with adding banners on to the images at the moment, so please ignore how crap the banners look (should really be doing it on the test site!). I want to have greater flexibility on what I can display on the banners, so botching one on in my graphics program will probably be the way forwards!
