Unfortunately we have no editorial control over third party sites so there is little we can actually do. We just develop and distribute the software, the customer then uploads and uses the software on their own hosting account.

You would need to contact the relevant authorities, the owners of the site or their hosting company to report such behaviour.

Thanks, how do I find out their hosting company, the owner is not moderating and is a free for all to post very bad things, I would not be making this effort if not concerned?

Not necessarily, the domain can be registered with a registrar and the host can be someone else.

You'll need to use a website like who.is and check the DNS records for the site's URL (or use mxtoolbox and use DNS lookup there) and then see if you can work out from those who the host might be.

Whois will give you the registrar related information.
If they are hiding behind CloudFlare, most typical processes to find who their host is will not be successful as those show CloudFlare instead of the actual endpoint.

Try sending the admins of the site an email then if they can't solve your issue take it further.
get in contact with your local police and see if they can get them to take it down.

try police and if they are stalking your own forum get their ip addresses and ban their ip addresses on your forum.

I agree, if the content is illegal, e.g. certain types of pornography and intimidation, it's a police matter. They will have the means to find out who is behind it and how to deal with it.
