i18n translation for tinymce button

I'm working on a plugin where I have created a plugin to tinymce that adds a button that inserts a BBCode snippet. The plugin is working fine but I'm trying to expand the plugin to use the phrase system in XenForo so I don't have to hard code the title of the button.

Does anyone know the process for exposing the phrase to the tinyMCE system?
