I want to modify the layout of a XenForo forum.

The default layout of XenForo is too traditional, and I want to change it to a layout similar to Flarum, where all threads are gathered on the homepage.

The navigation bar should be redesigned in the style of Flarum, allowing users to quickly select forum categories and subcategories directly from the homepage.

Additionally, I would like a front-end design that matches the overall theme and style.

Could you tell me how much this work would cost? I am starting to prepare the funds now.

Putting the forums in the navigation can be done with the help of a third-party add-on and I can modify it to match the Flarum software, if you’re interested DM me.

How did you do the threads instead of the forum home ?

Think about using the Wiki XenCarta.
The super power is you can "insert" wiki entries into Posts, Resources, Profile posts, Extra Thread tabs, seemingly everywhere !

Even as just a mere glossary replacement.
The cool part is you can embed the glossary item into a post.

The wiki can also be: php pages, HTML pages, BBCODE pages.
I've only tried BBCODE pages.

The plugin just put the node list as a widget, then I modified its templates to merge it with the navigation system.

I like the idea of the glossary items being embedded in pages some how. I might write a small addon to tooltip or pop-up the glossary description in posts.
