Was your site hacked or your account? There are some ways to recover your account (that should work) but I'm not going to go into them here in case your whole server was hacked by another method.

If you still have access to the server and DB, change the email address in the DB, then do a password reset.

Do you use cPanel? Do you have phpMyAdmin access?
