XF 1.3 I cannot see Consumer key and Consumer secret option

Hello and sorry again for taking time of you guys today i tried to integrate twitter with xenforo but i was unable to find Consumer key and Consumer secret option section in "Twitter Integration" i am attaching screenshot kindly guide me where i went wrong ?

Twitter Application Consumer Secret and Twitter Application Consumer Secret should appear immediately above those in your screenshot.

If they are not there, check for any outdated templates.

I don't think there are any upgrade notes for 1.4 as I think that was pretty straightforward.
