I am looking for a spam domain list, to reject spam links and domains

I think it's a largely pointless exercise - there are so many domain extensions now that spammers will simply create a new domain, use it for a while and then discard it.

Even with forum registrations now I'm seeing a bunch of random domains being used in email addresses from spammers.

You're better off relying on other mechanisms to detect and prevent spam.
